UK gamers swap video games with Hitflip

UK gamers can now swap their old video games for new ones on Hitflip, a UK site that lets users swap DVDs, CDs, books and now games.

Hitflip aims to provide an alternative to re-selling video games. The company says that gamers can lose around half of what they paid when re-selling their game. To avoid losing this money, Hitflip lets gamers swap their titles for those of the same value.

Hitflip has more than 1,000 games available for swap at any given time. Registration is free and users pay 79p per transfer.
