Why can VHS tapes, magazines, and vinyl records not be offered for swapping on Hitflip?
Unfortunately the demand for these categories is too low to make their introduction beneficial. It is also very difficult to decide the appropriate condition of VHS tapes and vinyl records. The costs to send vinyl records are also very high.
Why isn't it possible to add items that are not yet in the catalogue to the wishlist?
If you know the EAN/ISBN of an item (you can find this on the internet easily), you can add your desired item to Hitflip, and then immediately delete it. Then add the item, which will now be in our catalogue, to your wishlist. As soon as another member offers the item, it can be delivered to you.
